(1) The board shall set up a consumer protection fund to deposit the amount received for fines in accordance with section 27.
(2) The amount accumulated in the fund as per sub-section (1) will be used to regularize the service, to maintain or reconstruct the service system according to the needs and to provide subsidies to the consumers as specified.
(3) The procedures related to the operation, management and use of the fund shall be as prescribed.
